What to check
- A battery health report (state of health), from the manufacturer or a specialist garage
- Charging cables and the wall-box adapter, if they are part of the sale
- Software status and any pending recalls
- The battery and vehicle warranty, and whether it can be used in your country
- Navigation and connected services, which may need to be transferred to a new owner
Delivery
Electric cars can be driven to nearby countries with charging stops planned in advance. For longer routes, a car transporter is often simpler. Shipping by sea follows special rules for lithium batteries, which we arrange with the shipping company.
